SkillSoft officially supports the following browsers. Other browser versions may work but are currently untested:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
version 5.5 up to 7.0
- Netscape version 7.01,
7.2, 8.0 - 8.0.4, 8.1, and 8.1.2

Mozilla 1.6 - 1.7.12 on Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows XP SP2. 1.6 and 1.7.2 on SuSE Linux 9.0 and 9.1
- Firefox 1.0.0 -1.0.7 and 1.5 - 2.0.0.1
- Safari 2.0 or higher with Macintosh OS X 10.0 only
To determine the version of your Internet Explorer browser, simply:
1. Click Help
2. Click About Internet Explorer:
3. At this point, you will be able to view the version of your Internet Explorer.
, 7.2, 8.0 - 8.0.3.3, and 8.1
To determine the version of Netscape that you are currently utilizing:
1. In Netscape, click on Help
2. Click on About Netscape:
3. Once you have selected about netscape you will view the following results: (please note that the version MAY be different than the one in the screenshot):

To determine the version of Mozilla that you are currently utilizing:
1. In Mozilla click on help
2. Then click on about Mozilla
3. The version will show in the window that is presented below
Firefox 1.0.0 - 1.0.6 and 1.5 - 1.5.01
To determine the version of Firefox that you are currently utilizing:
1. In Firefox, click on help
2. Next click on about Mozilla Firefox
3. You should now be able to determine the version as shown below
Safari 2.0 or higher with Macintosh OS X 10.0 only
To determine the version of Netscape that you are currently utilizing:
1. In Safari, click on Safari, About Safari
2. The version number appears in the splash screen that appears
