In order
to use the Skillsoft Client Side Logger you must have
the following system requirements:

Click here
to install the fiddler tool on your system
(You will need Administrative rights on your system to
install this tool). Note: more Information on
Fiddler can be reviewed
here

After
installing, start the Fiddler tool from the
Windows Programs menu. Unzip these
files to My Documents\Fiddler2\Scripts. Close the
fiddler tool.
(The files in the zip file are called: Liveconfig.xml
and LiveInspector.dll)

Start
the Fiddler tool from the Windows Programs menu and
launch a Dialogue Live session (or join a session if you
are the participant) from the Internet Explorer browser.
Keep the Fiddler tool running throughout your Dialogue
Live session. Close the Fiddler tool after your session
is completed and you have exited from the Live session.
Note: Fiddler
tool will prompt to save the log file once you choose to
close it automatically.

SAVING AND SENDING THE FIDDLER FILE
- When you are done with your session you can save the
Fiddler file to a location on your system. To so
so simply close Fiddler and it will automatically prompt
you to save it or before you close Fiddler click on the File menu - Save - All Sessions...-
and give it a name. The file type it will save as
is a .saz file.
Note: The
log file could be quite large depending on the duration
of the Dialogue session. Skillsoft technical
support team or your account representative will provide
you with a case number and you can
upload the log file here. Please let Skillsoft
Support or account rep know the name of the log file so
they will be able to review it from the upload location.
Once Skillsoft has reviewed the Log file we will contact
you with further information or instructions.
