Useful Tips and Helpful Information
Prior to the scheduled date for the Live Event, an inactive "Live Event" link and a "Test" link will appear in the "Play Options" box on the "Launch Page."
- The Live Event link will become active approximately one hour prior to event start.
- Prior to the event, click on the Test Movie link to test connectivity and to verify that you have the required Flash

Troubleshooting
- If you have downloaded the latest software and you are still having difficulty viewing the test movie then contact your IT department as your network may be blocking access.
- If you find that the audio is a bit low, first try and boost the audio lever on the player itself.
Next, adjust the volume on your personal computer to the desired level. If you are broadcasting to a conference room, it is recommended that external speakers are used.

To see a list of upcoming events, navigate to "My Home" page and click on the "Live Events" tab.
- Use the check box to make this tab the "My Home" folder.
- Outlook users can use the "Add to Outlook" browse tool to add a reminder.
